Offroad Trailer in Krugersdorp, Gauteng for sale
I have a custom built offroad trailer project, the license is correct and up to date. Trailer is road worthy. The trailer was built to my specification and I fitted all the accessories and had.
The project is incomplete but I would say 80% done
The trailer has the following:
12v/220v electrical system, the trailer was built to go without 220v and run purely on 12v. It has LED lights, 12v plugs for fridge and other 12v accessories. 12v water pump. Ctek d250s DC-DC charger with integrated solar panel regulator, so the batteries will automatically charge from the tow car, and solar panel. It is setup with a Benton 12v charger also so that if 220v is available it will charge from that.
This trailer if fitted with a 60lt water tank, and 12v pump for running water to the wash basin and also has a Dewhot 12lt gas geyser for washing up. It also has a 2nd tap to shower off as the water pump is strong enough.
It also has a 2 burner Gas stove. You can see in the pictures the "kitchen area" that the stove and wash basin is on slides, with 4 drawers for storage.
It also has a big 1.2meter slide for a fridge, a 90lt 12v fridge will fit.
The awning was custom made, measuring 3000 x 2000 that rolls up on the side.
Wind break was also custom made to stop wind going under the trailer while camping.
the trailer has 4 x ALCO stabilizer jacks to stabilize it.
Enough storage inside to fit 2 x mountain bikes or other camping equipment.
Equipment not included
I have 2 x 102Ahr battery boxes fitted, I did not buy batteries yet so that is not included.
The 12v chargers and regulators is fitted and wired, but there is more wiring to be done.
Solar panel is not included, but the Charging regulator is included.

Things to do to complete trailer:
You will have to buy a rooftop tent, as was planned for this trailer.
various 12v and 220v cabling to be done, most components already bought and will be sold with the trailer.
Gas pipe and bracket for gas bottle to be fitted.
LED lights already bought and will be supplied with trailer, but needs to be fitted
The biggest expense to get the trailer "camp ready" will be the rooftop tent, that could cost you anything from R5000 up to R12000 depending on the tent you would like to use, I was planning on buying the Tentco Family rooftop tent for R9000. The other expenses will be gas pipe,electrical cable, and electrical plugs.
The trailer body excluding the A frame is 3.0 meter long x 1.8 meter wide and about 2.0 meter high. I am selling as I don't have the space to store it.
I have spent more than R50 000 on this project in the past 5 months and have all the statements to show. All equipment in the trailer is no older than 6 months.
